I had an incredible experience with Calico Jewellers. The team took on the restoration of my late father’s bracelet, and the level of care, craftsmanship, and attention they put into it was truly beyond exceptional. From the moment I connected with Calvin and the team, it was clear this wasn’t just another job to them. They understood the sentimental value behind the piece and treated it with the respect it deserved. The bracelet required extensive rework with some links paper thin or worn completely through, all 40 links required repair and my expectations for recovery was honestly quite low. Seeing it restored to its former glory honestly meant more to me than I can fully put into words. Beyond the craftsmanship, the experience itself stood out. The team is warm, welcoming, and incredibly thoughtful. You can feel the pride they take in their work. I’ve been lucky enough to have Calico create 4 rings for me over the years and 5 stars isn’t enough for Calvin and his team! Calico made my initial engagement ring and wedding band in 2016. Both rings look just as beautiful now as they did then, which is a testament to Calico’s excellent craftsmanship. When I decided to get a new engagement ring for our 10 year anniversary, I knew I didn’t want to go anywhere else. I didn’t want my first engagement ring to sit unused as it held so much sentimental value, so Calvin worked with me to repurpose the centre diamond into an additional ring. Both rings turned out stunning and exceeded my expectations in every way! Calvin is wonderful to work with and made the entire process stress free with his clear and timely communication. Most importantly, Calvin and the Calico team genuinely care about the people behind the rings and actually take the time to get to know you. They truly love what they do and it shows from beginning to end. I can’t recommend Calico enough!
